Here is the price list: 

9 x 12 inch oil on canvas, $125

11 x 14 inch oil on canvas $160

16 x 20 oil on canvas $325

All paintings  have the edges painted ( no need for a frame). 

Yes, I can change the season, add flowers and a green lawn. Yes, I can add or subtract various elements. 

1 week turn around time, (sooner if there isn’t a backlog). 

If you don’t have/cannot find a photo, and just want to take advantage of the low price, you can purchase now and schedule the painting later.
